May Wellness Walks
Join us every Friday in May for our Wellness Walks and Talks — a great way to move your body, refresh your spirit, and connect with community!
Here’s how it works: We’ll gather at 9:15 a.m. for a brief prayer before heading out on a scenic 5K route (about 2.5–3 miles) areas around Second Baptist Church. We step off promptly at 9:30 a.m.
Friends are always welcome — feel free to bring one or two along!
