Student Leadership Summit
Second Students is partnering with Give & Go to offer a 3-day leadership training for middle and high school students.
This event will offer leadership training in how to coach, organize, monitor, and implement drills and games for a group of kids at camp and beyond. Hands-on learning activities for individual leadership as well as team leadership, and implementing those skills in various settings and scenarios in a sports-like setting as well as the classroom, and in life.

Wed, Thurs., Fri, June 18th – 20th, 2025 9am-4pm, lunch included
- Wed. 6/18 9 am – 4 pm – $25 (mandatory for all Give&Go Coaches) includes lunch and a T-shirt
- Thurs. 6/19 9 am – 4 pm – $25 (Optional for Give&Go Coaches) includes Mission service project and lunch
- Fri. 6/20 – 7:50 am – after lunch – $25 (Challenge Discovery Day @ U of R – Optional) includes lunch & Challenge Discovery Admission
Daily Schedule Details
Wednesday Session Hands-on learning activities for individual leadership as well as team leadership, and implementing those skills in various settings and scenarios in a sports-like setting, as well as the classroom, and in life. Mandatory for all Give&Go Coaches
Thursday’s session will include a Hands-on Mission project in which students will participate in a service project together from 9-12 p.m. After lunch, there will be breakout sessions featuring student leadership skills and training in areas such as Worship, Ministry, School, Community, Work, Family, and beyond. Group activities and discussions will be conducted in each break-out session, led by adults in leadership positions within the church and community.
Friday’s session will involve students visiting the Challenge Discovery Course at the University of Richmond (schedule is slightly adapted for Friday’s session; we’ll begin at 8 am on Friday, June 20.

How Much
The Summit is broken up into three 1-day sessions. Total: (for all 3 days) = $75; Just Wednesday – $25; Wednesday & Thursday (or Wednesday & Friday) = $50
