His non-profit, Holy Impact Movement, supports individuals who sense a call to international mission work.
Pastor McCarroll has been blessed to teach and preach at numerous venues nationwide and internationally. His desire for those to whom he ministers to experience the fullness of their Christian possibility has caused him to approach ministry with sensitivity to the holistic need for the faith, hope, and love required to encounter the promises and power that rest within a relationship with God through Jesus Christ. To this end, Pastor McCarroll endeavors to impact the world for Jesus Christ by communicating and applying the Word of God.
