Mission Mailbox

Do you have a stack of Christmas cards ready to send out next month? If there are any active members of Second Baptist on your mailing list, you can save yourself the postage and drop their cards at our Christmas Mission Mailbox throughout December. Cards can be dropped up and picked up in the FLC commons on Sunday mornings and Wednesday evenings. In lieu of the $0.78 per stamp you would spend on postage, we ask that you consider giving a donation that will go towards missions and outreach for our 2BCkids and 2BCstudents ministries.

·       Cash or check donations can be made in person at the mailbox.

·       Online donations can be made through our giving platform: after entering the gift amount, choose “Children’s Ministry Gifts” as the fund and enter “Mission Mailbox” in the memo line.

We are looking for volunteers of all ages to help receive, sort, and distribute the Christmas cards. Our goal is to have one adult and 2 kids/students per time slot. This is a great opportunity for multiple generations to work together and enjoy the spirit of the season!
