Stock the pantry to help us welcome the Douds!
Welcome Rev. Megan Doud! We are excited to report that our congregation voted Sunday to call Rev. Megan Doud as our new full-time Minister of Children! Megan has officially accepted the call, and she will begin her ministry with us the first week of March. You can hear the story that led her to the call to join Second Baptist Church here.
It is time to shower the Doud family with a warm Second Baptist welcome! We are collecting household items as well as gift cards to help ease their transition to Richmond.
Donations can be left in the designated bins in the commons on Sunday mornings, or in the tote bags outside the Children’s Ministry office during the week. If you have any questions, please contact Susan Owenby. Thank you for your contribution!
