Grief Seminar

In October, we will offer a four-session grief seminar facilitated by Karen Brown. This group will meet on October 2, 9, 23, and 30, 10:00 – 11:30 a.m. in FLC 246.

This seminar intends to offer adults navigating loss an opportunity to learn, reflect, and connect. These four sessions explore how grief affects the body and mind, using discussion, reflection, and small group work. Facilitator Karen brings dual master’s degrees in Social Work and Divinity, hospice experience, and personal loss to this work of ensuring no one grieves alone.
