Children’s Sunday Important Information

Dear Church Family,

We are so excited for Children’s Sunday this coming Sunday, April 26! We will celebrate our next generation with 2BCkids leading various aspects of worship, including prayer, Scripture reading, music, testimony, and more!

Everyone is invited to a free fellowship buffet breakfast in the FLC Gym from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Please come anytime during that window to eat and fellowship together.

We will have one worship service in the Sanctuary at 10:30 a.m. Children will begin rehearsing at 9:45 a.m. in the Sanctuary. The doors will open for worship at 10:20 a.m.

There will be no 9:00 a.m. service. There will be no Sunday School for children or adults.

Children of all ages are encouraged and very welcome to attend this Sunday’s service. If you have a child who has never attended service before, this is a great opportunity for them to experience congregational worship for the first time!

We will be offering childcare for infants, toddlers, and twos from 10:30 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. 

This is such a special Sunday in the life of our church. Our children have been working incredibly hard to prepare and lead us in worship, and we cannot wait for you to experience it.

Thank you for the many ways you support, encourage, and invest in the children of our church. Whether through teaching, volunteering, praying, or simply showing up, you are part of shaping their faith in meaningful and lasting ways.

This Sunday is a celebration of who they are right now, not just the future of the church, but a vital and important part of our church today.

We hope you will come ready to support them, celebrate them, and worship alongside them.

The Lord is doing amazing things in the lives of our children, and we can’t wait to share it with the entire Second Baptist family!
