ESL
Second Baptist hosts a thriving ESL Ministry. ESL classes are held on Monday evenings from September through May, from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. in the Education Building.
We offer Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced, and Citizenship classes. There is also a Conversation Class on Wednesday nights in the Family Life Center of the Church. Please note: we do not provide childcare.
Most sessions include a break when students can visit 2BC’s “Clothes Closet,” where gently used clothes and shoes are available, free of charge.
REGISTRATION:
Please do not register unless you plan to attend all the Monday night classes. Online registration for fall classes is strongly encouraged and will open on August 17. In-person registration will be available on Mondays at 7:00 pm. There is a one-time fee of $25 to cover materials. Please bring cash or a check with you to your first class, or pay online here.

BAD WEATHER CLOSING POLICY:
When bad weather closes Henrico Public Schools, there will be no ESL classes.
