If you were wondering why you’re not receiving our emails, automatic email sorting may be the culprit. If you use Gmail, your emails are being sorted into three tabs — Primary, Social, and Promotions — with two additional tabs, Updates and Forums, available from the Configure inbox section of your Gmail settings.
Oftentimes, our church emails may end up in the Social or Promotions tab. If you’d rather the emails we send end up in your Primary tab, it’s simple to tell Gmail where these emails should go. Simply drag and drop one of our emails into your Primary tab and click “yes” when Gmail asks if you’d like future messages from this email address to go to your Primary tab.
If you use other email platforms and find Second Baptist emails in your junk folders, right click on the email and choose “never block sender” or add to your “safe senders list” to receive them in your inbox.
