We’d love to have you officially join our church! Here’s how you can become a member.
If you’re not a Christian and you want to become a Christian: Please come to the front of the worship space during the last song in a Sunday service. Tell the pastor that you believe in Jesus Christ and that you wish to join the church by getting baptized. The pastor will gladly pray with you and announce your decision to the congregation. Then the church staff will work with you to schedule a date for your baptism. On the day of your baptism, you will become a member of our church.
If you’re a Christian but have never been baptized in any way: Please come to the front of the worship space during the last song in a Sunday service. Tell the pastor that you are a Christian, that you have never been baptized, and that you want to be baptized and join the church. The pastor will gladly pray with you and announce your decision to the congregation.Then the church staff will work with you to schedule a date for your baptism. On the day of your baptism, you will become a member of our church.
If you’re a Christian who has been baptized previously and you are currently a member of another Baptist church: Please come to the front of the worship space during the last song in a Sunday service. Tell the pastor that you are a member of another Baptist church and that you want to join our church by transfer of letter. The pastor will gladly pray with you and announce your decision to the congregation. Thereafter, our church staff will contact the Baptist church where you have been a member in order to confirm the transfer of your membership to our church.
If you’re a Christian who has been baptized previously (whether by sprinkling, pouring, or immersion) and you are not currently a member of another Baptist church: Please come to the front of the worship space during the last song in a Sunday service. Tell the pastor that you are a Christian, that you have been baptized previously, and that you want to join the church by a statement of faith. The pastor will gladly pray with you and announce your decision to the congregation. You will become a member of our church.
