Faith and Fitness
5:30 – 7:30p.m. Sunday Nights Starting September 24th
Come join us every Sunday evening for a full body workout that will strengthen and enrich your mind, body, and soul in two consecutive 45- minute sessions. Each week will include a Pilates exercise class designed for ALL fitness levels and ages, as well as a discussion on biblical truth that will help you build your faith and apply it in your life.
Session 1: Group fitness class
Session 2: Group discussion on faith & life topics accompanied by prayer
Night class: Ongoing, Sunday’s starting September 24th, 5:30-7:30 pm

Lagos Tabata Boot Camp
This 8-week session starts Wednesday Sept. 6th – Mon. Oct. 30th (24 total classes), and meets on MWF mornings at 8:15 – 9:15am. Led by Katie Lagos, with a combination of Tabata Bootcamp classes and other bootcamp formats using a variety of equipment and suited for all fitness levels.
Choose the option that best fits your schedule:
3 days per week: $240 ($10 per class)
2 days per week: $200 ($12.50 per class)
1 day per week: $120 ($15 per class)
