What is Pickleball? Pickleball is a racquet sport that combines elements of badminton, tennis, and table tennis. Two to four players use solid paddles to hit a wiffle ball over a net.

Come join us every Tuesday in the gym starting on Sept. 5th @ 9:30 till 1:30.

Everyone is Welcome!!!  All you need is yourself, comfortable clothing and tennis shoes, we will provide all the equipment needed, even instruction on how to play!  $1.00 donation is asked.

Bootcamps & Fitness Classes

Resolution Boot Camp

This 8-week session starts Monday January 8th – Friday March 2ndand meets on MWF mornings at 8:15 – 9:15am. Led by Katie Lagos, with a combination of Tabata Bootcamp classes and other bootcamp formats using a variety of equipment and suited for all fitness levels.

Choose the option that best fits your schedule:

A) 18-24 classes – Rate is $10.00 per class (est. 2-3 classes per week)

B) 11-17 classes – Rate is $12.50 per class (1-2 classes per week)

C) Drop-in Rate (Come when you can) – $15.00 per class

Faith & Fitness

Sunday evenings 5:30 – 7:00 p.m. starting Sept. 24th. Sign up here.

Come join us EVERY SUNDAY EVENING for a FULL body WORKOUT that will strengthen your MIND, BODY, and SOUL. Group fitness classes are 45 mins starting at 5:30 followed by Group Discussion on Biblical and Life topics and Prayer for the remaining 45 mins. Each week will feature a new planned topic with facilitated discussion and practical application, combined with a Pilates-focused group exercise class designed for ALL fitness levels, for ALL women.  Drop in anytime you are able!!

Stretch and Tone Class

Revive those muscles that you think might have disappeared … that haven’t!  We use light hand weights, big exercise balls for core work, and the gym for walking.  Come and enjoy this 45-60 minute class with leader, Connie Moe, and other exercisers on Mondays and Thursdays, at 1:30 p.m. in FLC 104 and the FLC Gym.


Ukrop’s Monument Avenue 10k Training:

Train for the Ukrop’s Monument Avenue 10k, starting on February 3 – April 7. The race will be held on Saturday, April 14. We will meet on Saturday mornings, at 8:00 a.m., on the front steps of Spence Hall. Register to be part of the team here.
